1. All memberships are Non-Refundable. 2. All members must be over 5 years to join a fitness class and above 15 for Strength Training. 3. Membership may be renewed on payment of the prevailing fee and in accordance with the terms and conditions then in force. 4. ID Proof must be submitted at the time of Joining. 5. Weekend events, Kids fitness, exclusive batches and activities will be available for members on chargeable basis. 6. Any loss or damage caused must be made good. 7. Rights of admission reserved. 8. All members must enter their member id / Use Biometric for access to the building on each visit to the GYM. 9. Entry will only be permitted to those with a valid membership, in date and in credit. 10. Any member found in breach of rules or committing an illegal act, including theft, getting weapons will be asked to permanently leave the Gym and be barred from ever entering the Gym again. 11. The Gym may withdraw use of all or part of the Gym for the purpose of undertaking maintenance work or any other work considered necessary for a maximum 15 working days. 12. As a member you agree to comply with the rules of the Gym with regards to use of the facilities, opening hours and your conduct.
